We support WMV and MP4. We use MP4 for 320x240 resolution which is suitable for major mobile phones or PDAs. We use WMV for higher resolutions which is suitable for playback in computers.
In general, the file size of MP4 is smaller than that of WMV file. MP4 is more convenient and welcomed by the majority nowadays. You can download the file faster and you can easily put it into your mobile phone, PDA, iPhone, iPod, or PMP device any time easily without any data conversion. Normally MP4 is supported by the built-in media player in your mobile devices. |

| 2. How to download and play movie file in Microsoft Windows? |

| To Save: |
| Step 1: In Internet Explorer, right-click on the download link, either "WMV" or "MP4", then choose "Save Target As..." |
| Step 2: Enter username and password (if it prompts) |

| To Play WMV: |
| WMV file can be played in Windows Media Player (any version), it comes with MS Windows by default, no additional installation is required. |

MP4 file can be played in Apple QuickTime (7.0 or above) or KMPlayer (2.9.3 or above). We highly recommended KMPlayer because it is very light-weight and it runs very fast, the fastest among all other MP4 players. You can download an executable version here, direct execute, no need to install. |

| 4. How to download and play movie file in iPhone and iPod Touch? |

For MP4, both iPhone and iPod Touch support MP4 by default. You can use Safari to browse our web site directly and click on the MP4 download link. Then enter your username and password.
If your iPhone/iPod has firmware older than version 2.1, it will start playing the MP4 movie immediately. If your iPhone/iPod's firmware is 2.1 or later, it will ask to "Download" or "Play in MediaPlayer".
Choose "Play in MediaPlayer", then it will starting playing the MP4 movie. If you choose "Download", the file will be saved in /var/mobile/Library/Downloads, but you will need some hacking tools or skills to access it.
Therefore we do not recommend choose "Download" except you know how to deal with it.
If you want to copy MP4 files into iPhone/iPod, we recommend you download MP4 files on PC/Mac, then follow iTunes synchorinzing procedures. Or you may use some iPhone file-sharing applications like AirSharing to copy MP4 files into iPhone via Wi-Fi. |

| Windows Mobile 6 supports both WMV and MP4 by default. To play MP4 file smoothly, we recommend CorePlayer because the built-in WM6 media player has performance problem dealing with 320x240 or higher resolutions. |

| |
Our MP4 files, with resolution 320x240, have been tested on many mobile devices including Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, LG, Motorola, Sharp, Sanyo, HTC, ETEN, Asus, etc. If your mobile device's screen has 320x240 resolution or higher, it should be able to play our MP4 files.
Our web site is made of simple HTML which is mobile device friendly. The built-in web browsers of many mobile phones can browse our site without any problem. |

| 7. Can I preview a movie quickly without downloading the whole file? |

Video streaming is only supported by iPhone, iPod Touch, KMPlayer (in Windows) and VLC Player (in both MacOS and Windows).
iPhone and iPod Touch support video streaming with MP4 by default. You can move the time index bar back and forth to have a quick preview, provided that you have a good and fast network connection. |
